Delivery attempted

Hi everyone. I just tracked my order and it says “delivery attempted”, I was home all day long on that day. Does anyone know where the package goes? To the post office?

How can I track my order now?

Where the package goes, depends on what carrier was used.

Contact the carrier and see if they can redeliver it or pick it up..

You need to contact the carrier and find out if the package was delivered to the wrong address.

They usually will not give you the address, but will tell you if it was not yours.

Also, "delivery attempted" means the carrier still has your item.  Contact them and ask them to deliver it.

In my neck of the woods, they attempt another delivery the next day or two. Usually the next day. 

Did they leave a slip on the door or in the mailbox indicating what they might do next?

Don't hesitate to go to USPS.com to check tracking there as well.

The online tracking will continue to update. Keep check there as well for new information.

Whoever the carrier is.

If it's your post office, contact them.

Does tracking show who the carrier is?

You should have the carrier information in your purchase history for the item, this will tell you who is handling the shipping of you r item (UPS, USPS, FedX, etc.).

You need to contact the carrier. Also, you should double check the delivery address. Is everything correct?

I'm having the same problem and i called the courier number and they said they don't deal with the shipping. They said to contact the seller. It's through the eBay global delivery thing.

Late replying, but you contact the carrier, whoever it is, post office, UPS, Fed-Ex or whoever.  Doesn't that make sense?
