No, you would have to void the label then do another one. However, before you do anything, if the address change was sent by a message after the sale, make sure that it was sent by the identical eBay ID that made the purchase. If it is a different ID it is likely someone trying to get you to send the item to them rather than to the buyer. If it is a different ID, then ignore them and/ or report them to eBay
If it is definitely the buyer who wants it changed explain to the buyer that you have to ship to the payment address and ask if they want you to cancel the transaction so that they can purchase again using the correct address.

The label is refundable.
If you change the address you ship to, it is likely that you will lose any seller protections you have.
Orders must be shipped to the address on the order to be protected.
Appropriate choice is to advise the buyer to cancel and reorder.
As a new seller, you have a target on your back for every scammer on the site, do not give them an opportunity to take advantage of you.

Once completed, no 'edits'.
Make a new label
Request refund of old one (takes 3-4 weeks to get $$ back)

First of all, ebay will require you ship to the address given by the buyer with their payment.
You are protected if you ship to that address. It does not matter if the buyer wanted to change it after the fact.
Also, if you do not mind cancelling, The buyer would need to send you a request to cancel and then you would also be protected against a defect......You can't just cancel on your own until the buyer directs you to do so.
BUT
Just be prepared that if you cancel you will be required to refund the buyer from your own pocket until the payment hold is released. Usually 30 days BUT ebay can be a lot longer.
