Delivering to a Parcel Collect address in Australia

Does anyone have experience with shipping an item to a Parcel Collect address in Australia.

A buyer from Asian origin (can tell by the name) purchased an item and the shipping address is like:

Name of buyer

Parcel Collect xxxxx xxxx

Shop xx , house no. + street

Richmond VIC zip-code

Australia

I have never shipped to an address like this, so anyone has???

I wasn't familiar with that term but I googled it and it just means that the  buyer has directed the package to be held at a specific post office. We have a similar service in Canada.   In my opinion that is more reliable than having the mail person leave it on their front step.   As long as you are shipping by mail rather than a courier, it should be fine.
