Fedex shows message - "Delivered - Left at front door. Signature Service not requested."
But I did not get item. It is unbelieveble when you have to sign for delivered item with 10 $ value, but not to more the 200$. Who is responsible for this situation?

This is between you and FedEx.
Call FedEx and find out where your package was delivered. If it was delivered to your door and then stolen, then it is (sorry to say) on you.
eBay does not require signature confirmation on anything under $750.

Thank you for answer.
The trouble is that I am a buyer from abroad and I am sending through intermediaries.
Many purchases were received at the insistence of a signature only with the Fedex got nonsense.
With USPS no problem. It is strange because seller stated that for delivery will be used USPS, but he choosed as it is better for him, and I as a buyer do not have any rights now. Even Chinese site have such claim type as : "Delivery method was not as descrybed".

Then have your "intermediary" call FedEx.
Delivery method is not covered by the MBG.

If you mean a Freight Forwarder or reshipper, that adds another level of complication that is not the seller's fault. Many sellers don't want to ship international for a reason.

It is very often used practice - to send to your agent adress in the US and he reshipes your items to almost wherever you want. As I said many of my purchases were without problems. I can`t imagine such problem with delivery valued item without signature and left somwhere.

There used to be a $250 threshold for Signature Confirmation for eBay/PayPal. That changed to $750.
The USPS used to get a signature (not actual SigCon) for items insured over $200. They even went to $500.
eCommerce has grown exponentially in the past 10 years. Online ordering is now the norm and not the exception. The requirement of a safe place for delivery has always been on the buyer, but now they need bigger boxes or someone available.
If you want Signature Confirmation on your items, you need to ask your seller prior to buying. The service comes with a cost - which would be your responsibility.

In US you are very confident when leaving parcels next to the door. They can be stolen. I don`t think that my agnet do not have normal place for parcels to be delivered, but who knows. I have never had such issue in Europe, maybe only with parcels with 1 - 3 $ value and they could find in post box. It is good to know your style ( sadly but it is practice). Thank you.

Even the best neighborhoods have crime - and package theft is definitely one of them.
Theft [by Porch Pirates] is rampant and it makes the news throughout the Christmas season, but it goes on all year long. I can walk around my neighborhood and see many packags on porches. I cringe a bit inside.
I do not like having my packages left by my front door but I do it and hope for the best (or know when to be home or ask neighbor to get it). Anything of high value I have shipped to my friend's business.
We actually now have an Amazon parcel locker close by - which I may start using.

Then you need to find out, or find a better reshipper. Most are fairly large operations and recieve hundreds or thousands of packages daily, inside, secure and signed for.
There's also the chance that your reshipper may not be of high integrity and has taken/stolen the package for their own use or even resale.

In my country, if the courier delivers you parcel he must to take the signature. If you are not found at home they will send you SMS with information which allows you to choose next delivery time or place where you can take your parcel. I have never saw packages left next to the door.

I thought about it too. Maybe it's just a coincidence, but it never happened with USPS. They are providing message - left with individaul, Fedex - left (lost) at the fronf door 🙂

There is no way to know if your seller used USPS to deliver the package to your forwarding agent. He is the one who used fedex to send it to you so he's the one you need to talk to.

Seller did not answered to my messages at all.
