Unless you bought as a guest --
when the seller or a listing is removed --
you can request a refund at eBay.
Go to your Purchase History and scroll down to find the removed item:
Click More Actions, then I didn't not received anything.
Select I haven't received nothing, I want a refund, short comment --
and Start request. Wait 3 business days, then click Ask eBay to step in it.
