Delayed Shipping From Canada

Good morning All !

So my sales have tanked for the month of August.Could not figure out the cause.We have good listings and have close to 200 active.

I happened to notice one of my listings and it states shipping is delayed ?

Can ship from Canada to the United States in 5 to 10 business days.They have added a week or more !

Is anyone else in Canada having this issue and if so how are you resolving it.

there have been topics about this. The customs and USPS are both having problems causing delays.

I know of no solutions at this time.

eBay has changed the delivery time for some services for the US but haven't changed the 'shipping from outside of the US' estimates. Are you looking at your eta to the US or to Canada? When I look at your listings the estimated delivery time to the US is Sept 16- 24. With your 3 day handling time that is 4-10 business days which I'm sure is what my listings usually show too when I use standard shipping from outside the US.

But if you are looking at the shipping to Canada on your listings...'expedited international' it shows an est. delivery of Sept 28 - Oct. 13 which is definitely longer than usual.
