I bought a bluray set and the seller listed that there were no scratches or other damage to the disc. I got it in and one had what looked like a pin size burn mark and the other had a bunch of marks that wouldn't wipe off looked like someone was writing on top of it and scratched off part of the label. I tried playing the disc that was damaged most after trying to clean the disc and it was skipping over scenes. I opened a defective item return case and ebay decided in my favor, right after the seller sent a refund. Now ebay saying they can't issue me a return label because the seller already refunded me. I sent the seller a message requesting a return label. What happens if they refuse to do so? I'm not paying for a shipping label to return this period and ebay wont give me a label.

If the seller already gave your refund and didn't send you a return shipping label, you don't have to return it. They probably knew the disk was damaged and didn't want it back.
