Ebay have a return policy with options labled internally as remorse reasons that when you select them they close your return in the sellers favor. This is true for 5 out of 7 return reasons

You need to read the seller's return policy before you purchase. Many sellers do not accept returns and therefore can decline a remorse return.

All purchases have both "remorse" and "not as described" return reasons ... sometimes you have to click on an expansion button to be able to view the "not as described" return reasons.
I want to observe that "7" return reasons seems VERY, VERY high for your level of purchases. I suggest that you be more careful with your purchase decisions.
A word of caution: Return rarely and honestly. If you purchase an item with no returns, then DO NOT select a "not as described" return reason UNLESS this is actually the case. If you invoke the Money Back Guarantee in order to circumvent a No Return policy, then sellers will report you as abusing the Money Back Guarantee ... if you should invoke the MBG and get reported, compounded by your high number of return requests, eBay may remove your right to return future purchases. If you want to understand more clearly, expand the Fraudulent claims and abusive buyer behavior under the "Read our Full Policy" on the MBG Policy Page.

I want to add one thing to my statement above. Given your very high number of return requests, it is also possible that you are ONLY seeing remorse return reasons because eBay has judged your account to be overly abusing returns (way too high of a rate), and thus they are restricting your ability to access the Money Back Guarantee program.
