Damaged and missing mail

I have one Ebay buyer that I have sent 3 packages, all on different days. The first package arrived smashed and contents damaged. The second package has not been delivered after several weeks. The third package has not been deliverd after week. Both missing packages say they are in transit. The second package I have filed a missing mail claim with post office, with no response after 3 days. I have sent many packages out with no problems, all being delivered within days. I know about the weather issues but this all seems a little strange that 3 packages going to one person would be a problem...

I agree it is strange.  I probably would consider blocking them if I were you.  I am not sure where you sent these to but if they live in a small town, which I did at one time,  a package of mine was left for me to pick up but I never got a notice so I ended up just asking.  You could call the po in thier town and inquire.  I also had a package go missing a few years ago and I found a phone number on the usps website for missing packages and called them.  It might get you answers sooner.

The packages were delivered but never scanned as delivered, the buyer is a con artist

Did you mean to upload your avatar picture to the post?  That pic is on your eBay ID selling profile - and doesn't quite instill confidence to future buyers

One Priority Mail package delivered smashed, contents damaged. Will be getting $50 back on $80 item. One has been 2 weeks and buyer filed claim for non delivery, I gave him a refund on that one. Filed missing mail claim 3 days ago have not heard anything. The last one is one week out and still in transit no updates. The guy has quite a few things in the past, never any issues...Thanks...

Blocking is being considered. I filed a missing mail claim 3 days ago and also called the USPS the other and filed claim over phone. Have not heard back. Thanks...

Yes, USPS has had some recent issues especially delayed mail, sometimes rough handling on packages. Expect the two packages will eventually arrive to the buyer.

Hopefully things will be back to normal very soon.

UPDATE, the second package finally made it. It was wet because of rain on the outside but the inside was dry and poster pristine. Reissued invoice and have been paid...

Frankly, I block buyers who had delivery problems.
