Customs Invoice

Please help!  I am a UK private seller.

I am really struggling with completing the customs invoice with sending a parcel to Thailand.  I have never shipped abroad before.

Would the sale be classed as commercial or non-commercial?

Does anyone know what information I need to put in the Tax ID box and also that of the recipient?  Also, I am a private seller not a business so I don’t have a VAT number, I’m assuming I just put N/A in that box.  I want to fill out the form correctly so buyer does not experience any problems at their end.
