I have a bidder who has won about 75 of my auctions. There will be at least three different packages; two will be sent Media Mail (record albums and books) and the other will be sent priority. Is there a way to customize my invoices to that like items appear on each of the three invoices.
Also, the Priority invoice will contain more than 40 auctions. How do I handle that?
Thanks,

There's no way to send an invoice with more than 40 items. Can you ship in two seaprate boxes?
AFAIK, the only way to sort out the items per invoice is to check off which ones go on each invoice as you prepare them. That is, click "Send invoice" for on one of the Media Mail items, then on the next screen check off the other items that will be shiped with it, to put on that specific invoice.

Thanks for the response.
When I followed your instructions, I found I was not able to go to a second page. For example, I was only able to check two of the three record albums I sold. The third one must be on a different page. Is there anything I can do about that?
If I call eBay, do you think they'd be able to help?

On the lower right corner of your Sold Items page you can specify how many items to the page. You can go to 200. Also, at the top of the page you can select "sold and waiting for payment" which will remove everything else so that only this order shows. That should do it for you.

Thanks, Richard, but that did not solve the problem.
I spent about an hour talking with KIM at eBay customer service and, according to her, there is no way to customize the invoice by shipping type when there are more than 40 autions won by a particular buyer.
This seems to be a flaw in eBay's system and I hope they can fix it.
