I spent 2 hrs trying to get ahold of someone on the phone because online help is useless. How do I get a hold of a human being?

I've had the best success starting with a message on the eBay facebook page. You'll quickly set up two-way (email) communications with good C/S Reps. Good luck.

You are likely not going to get good help over the phone. Try the facebook option posted by @mtgraves7984  or post your issue here and folks here can help you out or point you in the right direction.
