Seller issued tracking # on 12/28/22, but shipper has not received my items to ship, as of 1/10/23

My seller is in India and doesn't respond to my emails. My tracking # was posted on 12/28/22 but shipper says he hasn't received my items to ship. I'm in San Diego. Posted delivery date is 1/5 - 1/23. These are important gifts, and I'm concerned!
