It's impossible to speak to an actual eBay employee on the phone. They insulate themselves by using contracted workers in Third World countries who create the illusion of customer service.

Some of the posters here have loads of experience and might be able to help if you state the issue. 

EBay can't afford to pay staff to talk to people with redundant questions.   They'd have to up the fees to 50%.  Most of the answers are already online but few people want to work and search them out.  Instead they want an instant press a button remedy or are just in disbelief the 'answer' is against them.
