Mailed a $300 item (insured) to the 3rd world riot zone of Portland for a customer and it has NO SCANS for 3 days after getting to the city. Filed a search with the Postal Service and they reply the package has been found and is DAMAGED (this usually means the contents of the package are lost). Filed an insurance claim - and notified the buyer. Buyer says he got a message from the forward service (I SO HATE THOSE) who tells him the package WAS RECEIVED. Who's wrong/stupid or lying here?
