Custom SKU Missing from USPS labels when printing from bulk

Dear Ebay,

Please fix the following:

Last week the Custom SKUs disappeared from my USPS labels.  When printing the shipping labels one at a time, the Custom SKU prints on the side of the USPS shipping label just like always.  But when printing from bulk shipping the Custom SKUs don't print.  Please fix this.

Bump. Same issue today. Yesterday they showed up. Confirmed the option is checked.

Same, I'm sure there's a fix.  This has happened before, and I had to dig around to find the answer.  There's settings for the bulk shipping tool that got unchecked for us, so we have to search around for it.  For now, use a pick list and the address to check your stock pulls.  I always pull the stock before printing the labels, so that helps.  Not an answer, but like I said, this has happened before and I've fixed it, just have to find where.  I'll update if I find the answer.

Option for "custom id/sku" are checked under "edit".  It's random, some days they appear, some days they don't. Tried on multiple browsers. Contacted support but they could not help.

Are you using a label printer or a regular printer?

Is your browser opening PDF files with Adobe?

Does the SKU appear in the label preview?

Does the SKU appear in the label file if you down load it?

Figured it out eBay, we don't need the help any longer, thanks though.

On the Bulk Listing Page right before you purchase the postage:

-At the bottom of one of the orders, on the left side of the page, under the "Shipping on (day of the week) from (Zip Code), there is an "Edit" button.

-Click on the "Edit" button

-Pop up window opens.

-At the top of the window, there are three tabs, click on the "Label options" tab on the left side.

-At the very bottom (you may have to scroll), there is a drop down menu labeled "Add text on label", click it and select "Item title/SKU"

-Then click the bottom right hand button labeled "Apply all to selected labels"

-Now the custom SKUs will print in  bulk.  This should keep the setting until eBay changes/resets something again.  Probably tomorrow. Hope this helps have a great day.

It would be super convenient to have SKU printed on the label.  I print individual labels and it's never there.  Can you tell me how to add it to individual labels?
