A buyer received the wrong item and I need to create a return shipping label. The buyer has requested a return and I have approved the return. The ebay page only has the option to upload my own shipping label. The drop down that normally lets me select ebay to create the return shipping label is not working. I have also check in my paypal there is not an option to create a return shipping label. I can't even create shipping label for the buyer, paypal is not letting me change my address to make it show its shipping from the buyer, so the cost to ship wont add up correctly. I would like to mention that my listing did not accept returns. What are my options to get my customer a return shipping label?
