Crazy things happening on GSP to Canada! Help!!

Hello guys.

I ordered a desktop on May 20. from MN USA, to Ontario Canada (Toronto).

I know GSP sucks but this is beyond crazy and nobody has any idea what is going on (ebay, pitney bowes, canada post etc). I called them, and only thing they say is to wait while investigate. But I know they won't do horse so I am asking for help.

The problem is that when the shippment finally reached

it stayed there for 2 days and the tracking dissapeared!!

Then today, there is a new update telling me it has been shipped from Erlanger???

Really?? 

How in earth can this be? what is really going on??

did it go back and then being re-sent?

what should I do in this situation?

Please help, this is beyond stupid.

Did you track the package on Canada Post's website?

yes! the item vanished from canada post tracking. it was "in transit" yesterday

If the item is not past the last delivery date, then do nothing. You can file item not received once it's past the last delivery date.  You can even wait past that date to open a case but make sure to keep an eye on the 30 day time limit.
