Hello
I purchased two Seresto flea collars in late March. When they arrived the product was labeled in French rather than English. Being somewhat perplexed I attempted to investigate this product online but was still uncertain of the genuineness of the product. I then consulted with my local veterinary practice and was told the product was counterfeit and only products of Bayer Animal Health USA were legal for sale in the country anyway.
I then tried to contact the seller using the listed item number only to receive the message continually that “Oops, that isn’t quite right. Please correct the item number.” Furthermore in my purchase history it was noted: “We removed this listing from the site. For more more information and next steps go to Messages.” I then used the order number to request a refund through ebay only to generate a letter that appeared to come from a completely different person and address.! This is my correct order number!
That was yesterday. Today the item has disappeared from myEbay purchase history altogether. I don’t know enough about the functioning of ebay to understand all of this but it seems to me its stinks of fraud. Can anyone help?

Go to the Resolution Center - you should be able to file a claim from there. If you can't then e-mail customer service (look way down at the bottom of the page in the gray section labeled other options).

Found out that buyer stamps2mail is a fraud. eBay has marked the item "sold". Must cancel that "sold" term. Delete fake buyer!

Told that could not do anything. Already marked "sold." No payment yet, so not really sold. PayPal would not block payment for that item.

"Should be able." But not able.

Your issue is very different from the first poster's. You need to file an Unpaid Item Case.
