Hi all,
I sent a parcel via the GSP (I also paid for tracking at the Post Office ) and it was signed for with an X at the GSP. I wanted to reassure the buyer that it was on track to the USA - is there a way that these items can be tracked? Or if I can find out where they are in their journey?
All I have is the reference number supplied by ebay, along with the buyers name.
Thanks

You're on the .com discussion boards, not the .co.uk discussion boards @crober139_5. That said, there is no way to contact the GSP center directly.
Is the buyer asking about their package? If they're not then there is no need to contact them.
All you need is the tracking number eBay provided. It's not uncommon for a package to sit at the GSP for a week or two as it awaits processing. It'll move eventually and eBay will automatically send delivery updates to the buyer. You don't need to duplicate efforts.
