Confused about how to put shipping charges on my bill

This seems like a great idea: https://community.ebay.com/t5/Commonly-Asked-Questions/How-do-I-pay-later-when-purchasing-a-shipping... But when I purchase a shipping label there isn't a checkmark for Billing agreement. PayPal is set up to pay my bill automatically if that counts.

I should specify the steps I take: Go to ebay.com Click the My eBay drop-down, go to My eBay Summary Scroll to Selling Activity at bottom of page Click link, go to My eBay Selling Overview Click Sold, go to My eBay: Sold Scroll to item Open More Actions drop-down at right side of item row Select Print Shipping Label, go to Print your shipping label At this page there is a blue "Purchase and print label" but there is no option to pay later.

When a new seller has their payments held, you used to have the option when buying a shipping label, to pay for it now or pay when the payment was released.

It used to be on the right hand side, right above or below the purchase label button.

I don't know if new sellers still have that option or not?

It used to be on the right hand side, right above or below the purchase label button.

It’s looking more & more like they don’t have that option anymore, seeing as how many sellers have reported not being able to pay for labels later, lately.

It’s looking more & more like they don’t have that option anymore, seeing as how many sellers have reported not being able to pay for labels later, lately.

I didn't know if they still had the option to pay for the label after the payment was released or not.

I know when I started and my payments were being held, it sure helped not having to pay the shipping up front.
