Combining shipment on orders paid separately

Shipping page has changed. I can't seem to find a way to combine these orders.  Couldn't do it on Paypal either.

My option now is to print a label for one of the items(shirts,4) and make the weight equal to all of them. Then mark the others as shipped and add the tracking number.

I can go back to Classic view for my active listings as well as my unsold, but not shipping for combining orders.

When I have multiple items from one buyer, I select all the items and click print labels.  I am then shown items that can be combined.  That's not working?

Unrelated to your exact question, I had a buyer purchase two items from me, but on different sites, ebay.com and ebay.uk, and asked for combined shipping.  Not possible.  I said buy both items and I would refund some, which he did and I did.

I used to be able to combine items by checking the box left of the description. The page is totally different now. No more box to the left of the item. All I can do is click to the right of the description and buy postage for only that item.

Did you specifically offer combined shipping in your listing or through messages?

Yes. I guess they didn't know to add them to their cart. I've been selling for 3+ years. Some people request a total or add them to their cart & pay. I was always able to select sold items to combine before.
