How do I add Combined Shipping on my store? A buyer won an auction item. They then put a Buy It Now item in their cart and tried to buy both items with combined shipping, which I offer on some of my listings. Ebay informed the buyer that I don't offer combined shipping. Any Solutions?
I know that buyers can put items in their cart, then 'Request total' from seller, but don't know if this works when one is an Auction. Can the buyer 'Request total' for the cart... and you make the s&h discount there, I wonder? Hmmm....
