I sent a message to a seller asking if they combined shipping. Received an answer saying yes. After purchasing two items I clicked "request an invoice" and the system says the seller has disabled combined shipping discounts. I guess I'm supposed to pay full shipping on both items and receive them in one package. Doesn't seem right.
What are my options?
I'm not even sure where this should be posted. Any advice would be helpful.

I would email them again letting them know the situation. It may be a setting they either don't know
about or forgot that was set a while ago.

The ask seller for total in the cart can be glitchy at times. Send a message to the seller through one of the listings that you purchased and explain the problem. They might offer to make a special listing with both items and a combined shipping cost or they may offer to refund you the difference in shipping or they may have another solution.
