The option to combine orders on to one shipping label is not “clickable”. I’ve tried from both the bulk labels page and the manage shipping labels page. It’s a domestic shipment, nothing is different about this purchase from the hundreds of times we’ve combined shipping on to one label in the past.
Same issue here. Done this dozens of times before, but today I have the same buyer with multiple items purchased, it's the exact same address, yet the "combine orders per buyer" option is grayed out.
