A buyer wants to purchase multiple items and want me to ship in one package, in order to save on shipping charges. How do I do that?

I have my items automatically set up with combined shipping provided the items are paid for with one payment. Since you are asking, I'm guessing yours aren't. Tell the buyer to add all the items she wants to the cart, and then hit the button that says... request invoice from seller... I think that is how it is worded. Once they do that, you should be able to go and send her an invoice adjusting the shipping costs before you hit send.
I'm pretty sure this is how it is still done. If not and knowing how "helpful" many board members are, I'm certain someone will be along who will more than happy to correct me. LOL

I just looked at your listings and a buyer is not going to be able to request an invoice because you have the immediate payment selected. She can pay for both items and refund back the difference or you can go in and bulk edit all your listings turning that feature off if you wish to be able to combine shipments.
buyer can put items in shopping cart then click, request a total from seller.

JMHO...
I wouldn't combine items to save on shipping under the circumstances.
At least not the first time; if you trust her it'd be a different story.
I've been burned a couple times trying to save money with large boxes full of junk valuables. Boxes that "never arrived" or mysteriously disappeared from a buyer's front porch.
It's a gamble I'm not willing to take until I trust someone pretty well.

I don't really see a down side here. A lot can be saved combining items like yours I suspect. Which encourages buyers to buy more. Great way to sell multiple items in one shot. Less work for you. Just box them all together and recalculate.
Free shipping items cause the request invoice process to not work if I remember right because there is no shipping to discount. But I see you have only one. You should be fine.

I do this frequently - there is no more risk in send two items together than sending them separately. I also have Immediate Payment Required, I just have the buyer pay for both items and then refund the amount of shipping that is saved by putting them in the same box.
