Collection in person only

I would like to by item with listing "Collection in person only" but when I try to make purchase i get message that seller is not shipping to y country. I don't need shipping option because I will organise my own pick up.

Please help.

Have you tried contacting the seller? 

Where is the item located, I see you are in Slovenia?

Seller is from UK. He also don't know where is problem because item ia listed as collection in person and no shipping option. When I try to pay there is instant message from ebay that seller is not shipping to my country.

Sounds like you got the answer to your question. The buyer must set it up. (Local pickup)

On eBay the seller not the buyer is in charge of all the  terms including shipping details.

I know. He told me that pick up is not an problem. Problem is that I can't pay fot item.

I would assume that eBay expects the buyer to be able to pick the item up personally, so it would make sense to block international buyers by default. I also believe (could be wrong though) that the buyer needs to provide the seller with a barcode to scan from their account, making "arranging own pickup" by someone else difficult.

That said, you may want to ask on the UK boards where the seller is. They sometimes do things a bit different over there.
