TNT/Fedex, international shipment Poland to USA, arrived damaged, does not work.

Sent info/pictures to seller he said he will file claim ?

Pretty simple:

  1. Go to your purchase history and locate the item.
  2. Press the big blue "Return This Item" button.
  3. Select the return reason "Arrived Damaged" ... you may have to click something to expand the list in order to see this option.
  4. Add whatever pictures or text you want ... not necessary.
  5. Submit.

The seller is responsible for paying for return shipping, if they want return shipping - the seller must provide you with a return label or they must provide you with funds to your PayPal account for you to purchase TRACKED shipping back to their address.

 

The seller's insurance claim is independent of your claim against the seller.  Whether or not he is paid, and whether or not he even files, is not your concern.  However, it is nice of you to cooperate with the seller in his filing of the return ... but not to the degree that it delays your refund.

Ok, tried that, will see what happens, unfortunately he is in Poland and two carriers, TNT and Fedex were used.
