Used to be you could wait up to 45 days from the PURCHASE DATE to file a claim for a no show.
Is that still in effect, or is the claim date deadline offset by the estimated delivery window supplied by the seller.
Example: You purchase 1st of Jan, seller has a delivery window of Jan 20-Mar 15. Does the 45 days still start
from date of purchase or does the 45 days start from last day of estimated delivery window set by seller.
I see a lot of LONG delivery windows lately, and not just from overseas, with the 45 day claim date
falling smack dab in the middle.

@Anonymousassures that these estimated delivery dates just past 60 days are rare, that items are usually delivered much sooner.
Unfortunately, eBay simply no longer has a record of the payment and cannot reverse the payment beyond 60 days, so although you can start a request after the latest estimated delivery date more than 60 days since payment, eBay cannot step in and help. eBay will say to pursue this outside of eBay, at PayPal, or with your card issuer or bank, some of which also have 60-day limits, or less.
And you cannot leave feedback either, as you're beyond 60 days from the purchase.
