The cost of shipping labels charged to my card instead of removed from paypal balance.

How do you achieve this?  I find it annoying that I have to go into paypal and transfer my balance every time I ship something so the cost of shipping isn't removed from it.  I just want all my expenses to be charged to my card.

This thread didn't work for me.  It always has We'll use your balance first.

I tried revoking the authorization and setting it up again and same thing.

Do people just not care that when they ship labels it's taken from the balance instead of putting it on the card?
