Just wondering if anyone has encountered a problem with Chinese sellers who use wharehouses in USA. First of all them shipping from a USA wharehouse is a good thing for shipping time. You get the item in just a few days as opposed to a month. However, if the item has some damage or missing parts they are not able to send you the missing part. You have to package up the whole thing and send it back for a refund. I am guessing that there is some kind of accounting problem between the China seller and his USA wharehouse since it seems the Chinese seller cannot get his USA wharehouse to do anything but send the whole package. They cannot send replacement parts for parts that are received with damage.
