So I had a bulk listing. Buyer purchased 40 items. Each weighing 12 pounds. Negotiated shipping cost of $400.00 to ship 40 seperate boxes in medium flat rate boxes at a discounted price of $10.00 per box x 40 boxes equaling $400.00.
Buyer made the purchase and paid the $400.00 for shipping. So, I go in to print 40 labels and I notice that I can’t. I don’t have an option. I only have option to print 1 label. Then When I click on the purchase label I get error code 2359 or something stating “item is to heavy for shipping method.” I already know this. I know I can’t git 40 12 pound boxes in 1 medium flat rate box. That’s why I need to print multiple labels to ship all items.
My question is 2 parts.
1. How can I purchase multiple labels on eBay for this sell so I can ship these 40 items as negotiated.
2. Buyer paid set price for the bulk listing. Let’s just say it was $2000.00. 1600.00 for the 40 boxes and 400.00 for shipping. On my account it shows, 1600.00 and then shows 400.00 for shipping separated. How do I make sure when putchasing the labels it comes from the 400 set aside for shipping and not out of the item sell price?
I search for something similar on this subject but could not find my exact issue?
Thank you for your help in advance as I need to ship these by Monday.

That money is all together in your Paypal account. The postage funds will come out of your Paypal account.
As far as labels: To get the first label, adjust the package weight, on the label preparation form. Then after you purchase and print your label, on the next screen there will be a link for "Print another label for this order." Unfortunately, the limit for this sequence is 5 labels.
You can go to Paypal to print the rest of them.
Worst case scenario: you have to purchase the postage at the Post Office at the retail rate. Fortunately, the retail postage costs only 80 cents more than the online rate.

Print the first label for a MFRB.
Go back to the sold item and select "Print Another Label" (not reprint the label)
Repeat 38 more times 🙂
Have fun shipping 🙂
As far as the money goes ... you got a lump sum into PayPal.
Each shipping label will be charged against your PayPal Balance.

Money is money.
You can't.
