Ordered a gator cable item, and it came in damaged.
i returned for full refund, and got a partial refund.
i sent to eBay for review and it sat in pending to be reviewed way pass the time it was suppose to then closed without getting the other half of the refund.
How do i contact customer support to review this.

Open a Significantly Not As Described dispute at PayPal, escalate the dispute to a claim immediately, then upload the return tracking number when instructed to mail the item back to get the remainder of the refund.
