Tracking number

I recently purchased an item. It is supposed to come in the next week however I never received confirmation of it shipping nor do I have a tracking code. What do I do to ensure shipping?

A seller isn't required to provide a tracking number for their buyer. You will just have to wait till next week and hopefully your package will arrive on time. If not, open an INR claim.

Contact the seller & ask for the date of shipping, perhaps your seller may reply to your inquiry.

I recently contacted a seller where the seller only provided a tracking number, delivery was past the last estimated date for arrival, my inquiry apparently prompted the seller to get the package into the hands of the carrier shortly thereafter, so eBay simply extended the estimated date for arrival by about another week.

Kindly reach out to the seller and ask if they have a tracking number, if not ask them to notify you when item has been shipped. If no response, just wait until the estimated arrival date comes and file a item not received report. eBay will side with you and you will get your money back.
