Cant open a case in Resolution Center

I purchase a HDD a 8 days ago and seller hasnt sent the item because they havent marked it as item shipped. There was no tracking provided or anything. I have contacted the seller before I bought it and after I bought it with no response. So I decided to open a case in resolution center since its been 8 days. When I try to open a case it shows that "estimated delivery is May 19, 2017". Which is today but still no package and it wont let me open a case. The message keeps coming up. What do I do? Am I doing something wrong? I have opened a case before and this didnt happen. Help please

Be patient. You will be able to open a case tomorrow.

Ok I guess Ill wait another day

You can't open a case until AFTER the latest delivery estimate, not ON the latest delivery estimate. If May 19 is the latest date ebay gave you, then a case cannot be opened until tomorrow 🙂

I haven't received my screen protectors since 5 months. My order was placed March 14th 2017, its more that 5 months the seller keep on saying its coming from China. I want to contact ebay, but can't search my order on Resolutuion center Nor in the contact ebay.

But I am able to see the order in my purchase history.

I have even tried to put the order number and the seller name & still nothing.

Its just so stressful that its not even an email to contact ebay.

Please help.
