Hi, so I returned an item to a seller with ebay’s shipping label and it was delivered to the seller on the 28, But I noticed that I entered the wrong postal service on the tracking info into ebay, so it’s not updating on eBay. I called customer service to correct this but he said ebay was still able to track the package. Could this be related to why I’m not getting my refund? And I payed through debit.

A seller has up to 6 business days to issue a refund. If the item arrived on the 28th, my calendar math tells me that the seller has until January 8th to issue the refund.
If the seller does not issue the refund by that date, then you can open a case with eBay.

Not sure what you mean about YOU entering the wrong postal info as the label was created for you-you have no control over the postal service used. The service the label is for it the service used and how you track the package. As the other poster said the seller still has a few days to issue the refund. Also, since you paid with a debit card remember debit cards process things differently...often refunds are much slower to appear on the card. Watch for the ebay/paypal notifications for the refund being issued and the credit will show on the card a few days later. This detail isn't the fault of the seller nor ebay/paypal, it's just the way things work with debit cards...
