Today I went to ship labels and I clicked to purchase shipping label. After that it opens a box where i can hit print and it ships the label. Today however when that box opens and I hit the print button a screen opens up and asks me to save the document. I have both saved the document and hit cancel and it goes back to my document and then asks me the same thing.
In the past when the box opens up and it says print all I have had to do is Hit Print and the label is printed. Any idea what might be causing this issue? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
