I am assuming the buyer puts in Puerto Rico in the country box (as it is a bit confusing to them). If USA is not entered into the country box then I cannot print a label thru ebay nor paypal it says country selected is not supported. Then I must manually send the package and lose usps discount. Why can't they get their computers to recognise PR as the USA? Very frustrationg.

yes, you can integrate ebay with PirateShip which includes importing eBay sales and then automatic filling of the tracking number in eBay's transaction page.

@no_zero369 with the buyer not understanding the issue, would you say this might be the easiest way?

Try using the classic Shipping label form instead. That usually works to accommodate the "PR" Country field error. It does not appear that they have yet figured out how to solve the problem in the new Shipping form (and their programming staff seems to be rather tied up with more important fiascoes at the present time).

3. Press Enter, and that should bring up the classic Shipping form. See if that works for you.
@sallyanngangi: Any luck printing your PR label with the procedure above? I tested it before posting here, and it still works to bring up the old form.
