Cannot generate a USPS shipping label to a Puerto Rico address

i sold something today to ship to PR.  Only fedex comes up..USPS is grayed out.  What's happening?

When USPS is grayed out, there are 2 usual reasons:
1. Package weight/dimensions exceed carrier limits
2. There is an issue with the buyer's address, like a missing unit number or similar. You can check the address here: https://tools.usps.com/zip-code-lookup.htm?byaddress

No prob. It could be the way the buyer formatted it. Sometimes with Puerto Rico the info has to be in a reverse order, or split between 2 lines. As long as you're not changing the address, just rearranging the info per the USPS website validated address, that should solve the issue. If it doesn't, come back and let us know.
