I ordered an item, and when it wasn't shipped for a while, I filed a return, but when I found out that I had to pay a $3 fee for a $5 item, I closed the return. a week later, I'm trying to file a dispute because it's about a week past the delivery date, but it tells me I already have an open case for the item, and makes me go back to the help page. My purchase history says that the return was closed, but it's in the "Returns&Canceled Orders" section. I haven't received my item for a while now and I have no way to get a refund, and the seller isn't responding. Please help! Thanks in advance:)

Your options are closed on eBay because you opened up the wrong type of claim. No worries, you just go over to PayPal and file an Item Not Received claim.

I can't find the transaction on PayPal, which is weird. I've paid for all the items on eBay with PayPal, but maybe this particular seller doesn't accept paypal?
