Cannot enter shipping label creation - Dinnerware set requiring several boxes

I recently sold a set of dinnerware that requires 3 boxes to ship.  It sold and the buyer paid for the total shipping.  The issue is that I cannot access the "Print Shipping Label" page because it issues the error

Shipping Label

Item too heavy.  Package is too heavy

for the requested service or

destination.  Sorry, no shipping service

was found for this order.

I certainly planned to ship 3 boxes and to adjust the package size and weight for each package.  I just cannot get into the form to even begin.  I can ship this using USPS.COM but I really do not want to fuss with this international address and risk getting the specific fields wrong.

Any help in adjusting the weight of a package to allow me to enter the form?

That is a nice set of china. But I don't know how you came up with the s/h. I have shipped similar to replacements.com and to pack correctly I would need 5 or 6 boxes to ship that set. It usually costs me close to $100 to ship large sets like that.

Now you mentioned it is going  to a international address. Are you planning on using the GSP?
