So I’ve recently purchased a pair of sneaker. Supposedly it’s being ship to the authentication facility. I’m trying to track the status but there’s no tracking provided. I tried contacting the seller but I’m not able to. Got a error “ Messaging is turn off for sneakers cover by Authenticity Guarantee”. Should I wait longer to put in a case or do it now. BTW it’s been a week now.

What is the Estimated Delivery Date on the order? You can open an Item Not Received claim one day past that date if you still don't have your sneakers. Unless the new Authentication service has different rules. Hmmm...
