Cannot Contact Seller

I received my package a few days ago but ordered a quantity of 2 and only received 1.  I have purchased from this seller before so I'm sure this is just a mistake and she would make it right.   I've been trying to "contact seller" for 3 days and it keeps saying "oops something is wrong, please try again later".

Is there a glitch going on now?  Any suggestions? TIA

Not aware of this issue personally. What device and browser are you using to access eBay?

Just my usual lap top, never had this happen before.  Sorry, very old here, don't know what browser even is.

Apparently this problem is just with this seller because I tried "contact seller"  with a few others and there was no problem.  I think I may have answered my own question.  Thanks so much.

On your Purchases page @rndcnc2000 click More actions > I don't get it to the right of your item. Then I want the item, and the Quantity not received:

If you'd like, you could also mention the 3 days trying to contact. This does not damage your seller if your seller properly resolves your Send a request, and you don't click Ask eBay to step out with you.
