I had to cancel an order that was sold during my mom‘s estate sale, I didn’t realize it had sold so I purchased a shipping label. Now I’m having trouble canceling it. So basically I’m paying for something I didn’t ship and I can’t find the label to call the post office. As soon as the label gets created, it shows that it was used. How can I cancel that or will it automatically cancel when they figure out it didn’t ship? It was USPS. And the tracking number is not listed anywhere.

To address your shipping label question... go to Seller Hub/Orders/Shipping labels. Find the one you purchased and use the drop down menu to the left to 'Void' that label. USPS will refund you in about 3 weeks.
To address the unfulfilled order, under Seller Hub/Orders/Awaiting shipment (or Paid and shipped)... use the drop down menu to 'Cancel order', citing 'Out of stock/Item no longer available'.
Moving forward... double check your inventory. Sellers are only allowed 2 OOS cancellations per year. Good luck.

You cannot cancel after you bought a shipping label.
You must refund.
You must cancel the shipping label as well.
You will probably take the hit for an out of stock cancellation even though you did not actually cancel.
