Canceling a label

Hi there. Ok, so a customer bought 2 Disney pins from me today. I jumped the gun  purchased/printed a label before she bought the 2nd pin. Can I cancel the old label & use combined shipping to make a new one? If yes, how long will it take to get refunded for the old label?

it does take anywhere from 10-20 days to get the refund. You will not be notified when the refund comes through, it will credit your payment source.

Why not ship the 2nd one for free in the same envelope. You said it was a pin?

Does it really cost more to ship 2 pins?  Use the original label, then enter the tracking number in the second transaction.

Label refunds take 2 - 3 weeks, because USPS waits to make sure that you really didn't use the label.

I'd do it this way and not even worry about the weight.  A cost adjustment will catch it if it's wrong.   Why waste ink?

@jrothman87  Just out of curiosity..did you charge your customer to ship 2 pins in the same package?
