I want to cancel the purchase, because the seller did not ship the item to me.

You cant cancel the purchase.That item is dated 11/12..how do you know the seller didnt ship it? You are in Morroco? You have to wait until past the estimated delivery date, if you dont receive it, file an item not received case,use the resolution center at the bottom of every page.

This looks like a hacked account, they sold 242 of these routers in the last week on a 4 feedback seller who has already dropped to 45%. $4 for a $40 machine was a dead giveaway.

eBay will likely not allow you to open a case saying to contact buyer or payment source - best to call PayPal right now.
