I have sold internationally with the ebay international shipping for years. I am enrolled with no additional exceptions.
Last week I had a user from Portugal say they could not buy an item, I didn't think much of it until today someone from Canada said the same thing.
I ship from the United States. This was for 2 different listings, not the same ones.
Screenshots attached. Anyone have a resolution?

Hi @amazingcerebus . Those listings are being blocked from eBay International Shipping (eIS) because you have the word "lot" in the title.
eIS blocks lots because they fill out the customs paperwork and will only ship items with the same HTS code, and when sellers have mixed lots it creates problems.
In your case, the lots are all for the same type of item (comic books) so you can safely remove the word lot from your titles to make the items eIS eligible.
For example, the item pictured in your first post is:
STAR VS. THE FORCES OF EVIL #3 & 4 - 2016/2017 Joe Books/Disney Comics Lot of 2
You could change that to "set of 2" or "2 comics" etc.
If you had a mix of items like comic books and actions figures in the same lot, then removing the word lot would do nothing but cause more problems as the package couldn't be forwarded.

I am still getting buyers from Canada...I just use ordinary stamps without tracking for standard envelopes.
Buyers seem not to care.
I asked one buyer and he didn't care.
And a few are 'repeat buyers' of mine from Canada.

Your first image shows it only ships to the US.

There is no CURRENT postal strike in Canada.
At the moment the "talking" continues, offers have been made and a new vote is being scheduled to happen in the next couple of weeks. The only thing that is happening at the moment is that postal workers are not doing any overtime. Given the big drop in package levels (fear of an impending strike) the mail in Canada is actually moving faster than it has since this labour disruption started last Fall.

WOW! CRAZY! That was it. Thanks for helping identify this surprising issue with listings for international bidders!
I will be taking the word 'lot' out of my listings from now on!
Cheers!
