Can't void ebay standard envelope shipping label

I am not sure that the post office will accept my parcel using the ebay standard envelope shipping label and i want to cancel it but when i go to my activity page - shipping labels - the activity tab does not give me the option to void the labels. I also inadvertently printed the label twice which gave me 2 different tracking numbers. I do not want to be charged twice for shipping AND i want to void these labels anyways. HELP!!!!!

EBay customer service totally sucks. No chat is available and the phone number on their SUPPORT page is short one digit. WTH???

Hope it was just a figure of speech but "parcel" is not compatible with the Standard Envelope program.

I am not surprised you got "caught" on this as the devil is in the details!  Many other sellers are having problems with this program too so you are not alone.

From the Terms of Service:

Label charges for this program are non-refundable and non-voidable once the label is printed.

Unfortunately, it looks like you will have to chalk those two labels up to "tuition paid."

Might it make sense to study the TOS for this program? 😇

I had to call customer service was advised it was on their end that the void available tab was not showing up but they did cancel the 3 charges that double billed.

how did you in the name of all that is holy get in touch with customer service??? The chat seems disabled and i can't find a good number for a live person

yes i've read the through the terms of service but i see now that part about non-refundable.

I meant "parcel" as a figure of speech.

**bleep** but i am going to try and use the envelope i used and see if the post office sends it on through

Use the "Contact Us" link under Help & Contact at the bottom of the page.  Work your way through the decision tree:  Scroll down on first page to the bottom and  select -  "Contact Us" in the white box under Need More Help?

So no_zero369 helped me located the contact. I just needed to scroll a bit down. Ebay called me within 3 minutes of my request. They cancelled both labels contrary to what their policy was on voiding ebay standard envelopes. Maybe you can't do it online and have to call them direct to do it. Awesome thanks all for the assistance

Yea, but I think most of us r using the standard envelope method because it's so cheap and we're using it to mail dollar or 2 dollar cards, so $2 may not b much but we dont wanna give stuff away so the only one makin anything is Ebay

To bad we have to spend a 20 minute phone call with ebay to get a 51 71 91 cent refund when we should b able to void it thru the shipping labels page
