Every time I try the links it either sends me back to my summary page for the label teprint or I get a bad server message when I try to reprint the packing slip. I cleared cookies and tried a different but browser and the links still don't work. This has been going on for 2 days that Im aware of.
Nobody has an answer. They just give me the links that don't work.

That screen shot looks like mobile ... the mobile interface has a higher incidence of problems. Have you tried the desktop?
Also ... I don't see anyone else reporting your problem.

Yes, definitely get Mobile mode out of the picture here. You want the simplest process flow for a task like this, and Mobile mode is not up to the task. Get yourself to a desktop computer or full laptop (not a wireless tablet) to maximize your chances of getting this sorted.
One other thought: can you find a working link in your offsite email by opening up the original emails that you would have received confirming the purchase of the Shipping label? You should find a link for reprinting the purchased label there (within some short period of time, at least).
