Can't print return shipping label.

Three issues:

1. How in bloody hell does one open a chat session with an Ebay agent? The Ebay website couldn’t possibly make it more difficult to do so, but I gather that such obstacles are a key component of the Ebay scam: Screw over a customer until they simply give up in frustration and accept that Ebay has successfully cheated them.   
2.  Why is the disputed purchase NOT listed on my Ebay account even after a chat session regarding this item?   
3.  Following said chat session, I received 2 emails.  One states that the seller has agreed to accept return of an item they sent me by mistake.  The 2nd email presents a hotlink to print a return shipping label for this item, but, like everything else connected to the shyster Ebay organization, the hotlink  DOESN'T WORK due to some mysterious "technical issue".  Another Ebay stalling tactic?

Not sure why you're running into this problem @roberhoec_0, but I have heard some buyers were able to have the label emailed to them by CS. You can open up a chat or get a callback using options on the left side of this page: https://www.ebay.com/help/contact_us?id=4002&st=10

Why is the order not showing on your account:

- Are you looking on your purchase history page with the correct time period filter to include the order?

- Are you on the "returns & canceled" tab?
